Revision of the proposed plan to amend the law regulating the Chambers Affairs

KABUL- Meeting to review the proposed plan to amend the law on chamber affairs under the chairmanship of H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce with the participate of Mr. Mohammad Ismail Ghazanfar, Head of the Afghanistan Chambers Federation, Mr. Shirbaz Kaminzadah, Head of the Chamber of Industries and Mines, Ms. Manizha Wafeq Head of Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Shiragha Sakhi, head of Financial affairs of Chamber of Commerce and Investment, Mr. Mohammad Frotan, head of the Chamber of Agriculture and Livestock, Mr. Norulhaq Omari, head of the Chamber of Craftsmen and Shopkeepers, Mr. Hojjatullah Fazli head of Afghanistan Chamber of International Trade, Mr. Abdul Qadir Bahman, Executive Director of the World Trade Center in Kabul and a number of other representatives of these institutions were also present.
In this meeting, the proposed law on the chambers affairs was reviewed and in most cases, was approved by majority.
During this meeting, H.E Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Minister of Industry and Commerce said, the aim of this law is to prepare and arrange a single national program for the development of industry-commerce throughout Afghanistan.
H.E added, the purpose of amending this law is to provide areas for joint and continuous cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Afghanistan Chambers Federation and Sectoral Chambers of Afghanistan.
The Chambers Affairs Regulation Law has been discussed and amended in several joint meetings between the Ministries of Industry and Commerce and Justice with representatives of Afghanistan Chambers Federation and Sectoral Chambers.
