The 6th meeting of the Investment Support High Board was held

The 6th meeting of the Investment Support High Board was held on, August 20, 2020 under the chairmanship of Honored Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar Acting Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce, with the participation of government and private sectors representatives.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar said; the purpose of holding a series of meetings of the High Board of Investment Support, is to provide facilities to investors and identify opportunities and challenges for investors. The Acting Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce also added that providing services and facilities to investors, industrialists and the private sector is one of the ministry's priorities.
In this meeting, on issues such as new information about the industrial parks roadmap, edible oil industry support policy, Afghanistan cotton sector development plan, small and medium enterprise loan access policy, small, medium market access market policy, General information on customs tariffs and Afghanistan's investment development framework was discussed.
Participants also shared their critical views and suggestions for reform on the above issues with the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
At the end of the meeting, an educational cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the educational institutions with the aim of providing educational services to smaller, small and medium entrepreneurs.
