The Draft Articles of Association of Afghanistan Joint Stock Company Is Discussed

Based on decision of High Commission for Addressing Issues of Refugees, and for better and rapid implementation of the procedure of Organizing Privileges and Facilities for Returning Traders and Industrialists, particularly its 16th article, a special meeting was held under leadership of the IEA's Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce honorable Mr. Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi.

During the meeting, in which the members of the said commission participated, discussions were made regarding further riches of the articles of association of Afghanistan Joint Stock Company, which is drafted by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

The article 16 of the procedure of Organizing Privileges and Facilities for Returning Traders and Industrialists stipulates: "The Ministry is obliged, as per the request of the delegation and upon approval of the high commission, to establish a joint stock company within Afghanistan, for the purpose of supporting and organizing the affairs of commercial and industrial activities of industrialists and traders."

During the meeting, Mr. Alhaj Azizi emphasized, that in order to provide the returning industrialists and traders with facilities and privileges, immediate measures must be taken into account.

It is noteworthy that, the articles of association of Afghanistan Joint Stock Company is comprised of 4 chapters and 44 articles.
